Process

Stage 1 – Individual Diagnostics

Prior to the commencement of the program the participant will complete a questionnaire, undertake a comparative Emerging Leader Assessment Instrument, complete a priority values analysis and learning style questionnaire. These assessments have been designed to provide the best opportunity for participants to grow; maximise the concepts, the materials and discussions throughout Stages 2 and 3. The model has been specifically designed for Emerging Leaders.


Stage 2 – Integrated Leadership Workshop

Utilising a comprehensive and rigorous approach to generative learning, high level development and personal mastery, the two workshops are delivered in two separate interactive stages. The emphasis of workshop one is on promoting self-leadership, ongoing curiosity and an insatiable appetite for leading change. Workshop Two is geared towards action-oriented learning and individual commitment. A work project will contribute to a significant part of the program for each participant.


Stage 3 – Sustaining the Momentum

Training becomes an ongoing action learning or problem solving exercise that is designed to provide staff with skills and experience in improving organisational practices. Due to its focus on improvement the organisation saves money invested in training many times over. Leadership training and continuous improvement merge into one initiative. The process become a continuous learning cycle and fosters innovation and enthusiasm. Learning networks are encouraged and provide senior management the opportunity to share their knowledge and mentor emerging leaders.
